Full Service Bookkeeping

Payroll

Collect employee time, run & process payroll, record payroll with tax breakouts, reconcile quarterly state & federal filings, send out W2's, assistance with employee dismissals, benefits, & PTO plans.

Financial Reports

On or before the 15th of the month you will receive monthly financials with monthly & YTD numbers. Customized notes for your business & time period. Clients can choose preferred (increased rate) status to receive financials by the 5th of each month. These reports keep you up to date and allow you to make smart financial decisions based on where the company is in real time.

Projects, Cleanup, & Catchup

Need multiple year catch up or clean up? Help with desktop conversion to online? Need a one time project? Need help gathering documents & data for loans? We can help! Our team takes on limited time clients as well, with no long term commitment.

Business Strategy Call

Wondering where to go from here? Utilize our business strategy service. This includes a 45 minute call going over goals and strategy specific to your business and your current financial position. Call is recorded and you are given actionable items and notes to move forward. Service is for current maintenance clients only.
